1. Who you contract with

By placing an order on shellaboutique.com you enter a contract with SwiftCap SARL (“SHELLA”, “we”, “us”), registered in Agadir, Morocco.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery is calculated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices; the price you pay is the one shown when you confirm your order.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed once you receive the order-confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or wrong pricing — with full refund.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery anywhere in Morocco. Other payment methods may be added over time. For COD, the courier collects the exact amount in cash on delivery.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery is 2–4 working days across Morocco. Free above 499 DH; 35 DH flat fee below. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

6. Returns & refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return any item, unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Refunds processed within 5 working days of receipt. See our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual property

All content on shellaboutique.com (logo, photography, copy, design) belongs to SwiftCap SARL. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Agadir.
