1. Eligibility

Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging with tags.

2. How long does it take?

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 working days. Card refunds appear in 5-10 business days.

3. Exclusions

Lingerie, swimwear, pierced jewelry and final-sale items cannot be refunded for hygiene/safety reasons.
