14-day return window

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked, provided the item is unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging.

How to return

1. Contact us on WhatsApp (+212 661 206 605) or by email (contact@shellaboutique.com) with your order number.
2. We will arrange a free return pickup with our courier.
3. Once we receive the item, we inspect within 2 working days.
4. Refund issued within 5 working days — for COD orders, refund is paid by bank transfer to the IBAN you provide.

Items that cannot be returned

• Lingerie and swimwear (hygiene reasons), unless unopened with original seal.
• Pierced jewellery (hygiene reasons).
• Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours. We replace or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
